No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of dietary supplements, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges on any products.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@supersurg.com with:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged product and packaging
  • Description of the issue

We will evaluate each claim on a case-by-case basis and determine an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion. This may include replacement or refund, but we make no guarantee of any specific remedy.

Wrong Item Shipped

If you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at marketing@supersurg.com. We will arrange for return of the incorrect item and shipment of the correct product, subject to availability.

Important Notes

  • Items must be unopened and unused to be eligible for any resolution
  • We reserve the right to request photographic evidence of damage or defects
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable
  • We are not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping
  • Any approved refunds will be processed within 10 business days to the original payment method
